Expertly blended organic wheat, rye and barley malt flours with malted wheat flakes for delicious loaves and rolls.

This product is Soil Association and Kosher certified.

Ingredients: wheat*, malted wheat flakes*15%, rye*3%, barley malt flour*3%, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Allergy advice: for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. *Organic produce.

Milled in the UK with EU & Non-EU wheat.

Storage: roll down the top after use and store in a cool dry place.
